Shipping and delivery policy

Lyzom is an online service. Nothing is shipped: what you buy is delivered to your account.

A plan or top-up adds searches and resume builds to your Lyzom account. Resumes you build are downloaded as PDF files from the website.

  • Your plan or top-up is active as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
  • A receipt is shown on your Plans page and sent to the email you signed in with.
  • If a successful payment doesn't show on your account within 24 hours, write to with the Razorpay payment ID. We'll add it or refund it, as set out in the .

The service is offered in India and paid in Indian rupees. There are no shipping charges.
