Cancellation and refunds policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
Plans and top-ups are prepaid and never renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges. This page explains when a payment can be refunded.
Refunds
- Unused purchases: if you haven't used any search or resume build from a plan or top-up, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it.
- Used purchases: once a search or resume build from a plan or top-up has been used, that payment is not refundable, in full or in part.
- Ended or replaced plans: days left on a plan that ended, or that a new plan replaced, and top-up credits that expired (they last 7 days), are not refunded.
- Payment problems: if you were charged twice, or charged without the plan reaching your account, we refund the extra or failed payment in full.
Searches that fail
A search that fails or finds no jobs isn't counted, and a resume build that fails is given back. These are returned to your account automatically, not as money.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@lyzom.com from the address you signed in with, with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.
When the money arrives
Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cancelling
You don't need to cancel anything: no plan renews or charges you again. You can stop using Lyzom at any time, and ask us to delete your account as set out in the Privacy policy.
